In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, High Roller Games offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by sending an email to: info@highrollergames.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

No returns are accepted without prior written consent.

Our games are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a part is broken or missing, please send us an email to: info@highrollergames.com describing your issue along with your order number and contact information so that one of our customer service staff may assist you.

Freight Damages and/or Wrong Item(s) 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email to: info@highrollergames.com with your order number and contact information if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
